Regina Prasad is the Founder of Vault Society and a life sciences and private markets strategist with experience spanning clinical research, healthcare commercialization, startups, and capital markets. She has worked with organizations including Johnson & Johnson and bioLytical Laboratories, supporting the launch and growth of innovative healthcare and diagnostic technologies across the U.S.

Today, Regina advises founders, investors, and private companies on strategic growth and private market opportunities. She is also a Registered Agent at Rainmaker Securities, a FINRA/SIPC member broker-dealer, supporting qualified investors and select private market and secondary transaction opportunities.

Through Vault Society, Regina connects founders, family offices, institutional investors, and operators through curated relationships, market intelligence, and private gatherings focused on healthcare, AI, and frontier innovation.

Regina holds a B.S. in Human Biology from the University of California, San Diego and an M.S. in Global Medicine from the University of Southern California.
